This individual will oversee and enhance our company’s online presence, manage digital marketing campaigns, and drive results through strategies such as SEO, social media management, lead generation, and paid campaigns.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. This role will involve hands-on management of social media accounts, SEO, Google Ads, lead generation, and client communications. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, and video) tailored to each platform.
Account Management: Handle day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong online relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rates, reach, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords to drive targeted traffic to the website.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and page speed for improved rankings.
Off-Page Optimization: Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
3. Lead Generation
Campaign Design: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Landing Pages & Funnels: Design optimized landing pages and sales funnels to capture and convert leads effectively.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage lead data and track their journey through the sales pipeline.
4. Google Ads (PPC) Management
Campaign Setup: Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping Ads.
Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research and manage negative keywords to maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Monitor ad spend to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
Performance Analysis: Use Google Ads tools to analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and test ad copy for optimal results.
Remarketing Campaigns: Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage past website visitors.
5. Client Communication
Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Develop tailored strategies.
Regular Updates: Schedule and lead regular meetings with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and deliverables.
Reporting: Present detailed performance reports to clients, including website analytics, lead generation outcomes, ad campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate client feedback into ongoing strategies and ensure alignment with expectations.
6. Analytics and Reporting
Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and social media insights to monitor campaigns.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ad performance, and lead generation outcomes.
Data-Driven Strategy: Use data insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
7. Additional Responsibilities
Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and algorithm changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years preferred).
Strong expertise in social media management, SEO, PPC campaigns, and client communication.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
