Position Overview:

The IT Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Jusmark Tech by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for selling our wide range of services, including website development, app development, social media management, digital marketing, logo design, and bulk SMS solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital marketing tools.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Jusmark Tech's services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance service offerings.
  • Identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and progress reports.
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or IT will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Experience:

    Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in selling services such as website development, app development, digital marketing, and social media management is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including website and app development, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools and platforms related to logo design, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
