As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our services, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients from provided databases.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Generate interest in Jusmark Tech’s services and convert inquiries into sales.
Set up meetings for the sales team when required.
Client Handling:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
Address client queries, provide information, and offer solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Task Management:
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Timeline Delivery:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Proactively manage time to ensure optimal productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality call standards and adhere to company policies.
Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Security:
Handle customer information responsibly, ensuring confidentiality.
Follow data protection and privacy guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications for Telecallers:
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
Familiarity with telecalling equipment and relevant software.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
Clear and professional telephone etiquette.
Interpersonal Skills:
Positive, empathetic, and customer-centric attitude.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Patience and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
Time Management & Multitasking:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Efficient in handling multiple calls and maintaining accurate records.
Meeting daily and monthly call targets and deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong coordination with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Open to feedback and continuous learning for professional growth.
Eligibility:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or higher (Graduates preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
